Sponge Bob is one crazy character and the kids love him! At your party you could make a Spongebob with some store bought yellow sponges. Go to your local craft store and get plastic eyes, mouths and material. Have the kids create thier very own Spong Bob to take home.

SpongeBob is a favorite in our house.
I heard about this really fun game to play at a SpongeBob Party. It’s the Karbby Patty Relay Race. Divide the guest into two teams. Make sure to mark a finish and start line. Place sand buckets at the finish line for each team. Each guest must use an oven mitt and spatula.
What they need to do is place a hamburger bun on the spatula and race to the finish line with out dropping it. It they drop it or miss the sand bucket they must go to the end of the line and start over. Once they drop the hamburger bun into the bucket they must race back and give the next player the mitt and spatula. The team who gets all of their buns in the bucket wins.

If you are having a party for your 3 or 4 year old, a sandbox at your Sponge Bob Party would be perfect!
In your sandbox have buckets, shovels, sea shells and other fun items to create with in the sand. For party favors, go and get inexpensive plastic pails and fill them full of toys like the plastic fishes, snakes and turtles. You can also put candy and books about sea life in the bucket as well.

If you’re having a Spongebob birthday party then why not have the kids make their own “Ocean in a Bottle” party favors to take home. Start by collecting clear bottles (one for each guest) and cleaning them out thoroughly, before the party.
Have each child place aquarium rocks in the bottle. They will need enough to cover the bottom of the bottle while it is laying sideways. Fill the rest of the bottle with baby oil and a few drops of blue food coloring. You can even print off pictures of Spongebob, Patrick, and your other Bikini Bottom friends, laminate them, and place them in the bottle as well. Have an adult put hot glue on the lid of the bottle once it is complete and secure the opening.

Sponge Bob is known for his silly laugh and it is very loud and distinctive. The object of this game is make each other laugh. Everyone sits in a circle. Have someone volunteer to go first, that person sits in the middle of the circle and can make a joke or try to laugh like Sponge Bob,. This player keeps going until a player just can’t hold it in. If they laugh they are out of the game. The person in the circle then gets to pick the next comedian. The winner will be the person who can hold it in and not laugh.

Sponge Bob loves crabby patties. They are his favorite item to eat. So, have the birthday child be Sponge Bob and the rest of the guests be Crabs. All the guests will need to run around doing a crab walk and Sponge Bob has to crawl on all fours. The object of the game is that Sponge Bob must “catch” all the crabs. Once the crab is caught he must go sit in the “fish” net that you have provided for them to sit in. The last Crab not caught wins.

If you’re having a SpongeBob party, then you’ll definitely need to have a sponge relay race. The game is simple, messy, and so much fun. Decide how many teams you will have - purchase two large sponges, and two plastic buckets for each team. At the party have each team stand in a straight line between their two buckets. Fill one bucket with water (this is the starting point), and draw a line on each of the finish line buckets. Have each team start by dipping the first sponge into the water bucket and passing it down the line to the finishing bucket. The last person then squeezes what water is left into the finish line bucket and runs it back to the beginning - that person is now in charge of dipping the sponge in the water bucket and passing it down the line. The first team to fill their finish line bucket to the line is the winner.
