April 25th, 2008 at 3:18 pm
My son loves Spiderman! And anything that has to do with him! We are having his 5th birthday party and “Spiderman” will be the guest of honor. The party will be held at a Park so Spiderman can do all his tricks for the kids. He is going to love it! We also plan on having a Spiderman cake. Another activity we are going to play is a web throwing contest with silly string. Whoever sprays the farthest. WINS!

A famous character in the last Spiderman was the SandMan. This activity would be fun for younger children and you would want to do this outside. Get a bunch of plastic tubs from your local dollar store and fill each up with sand. Once the children get there, give each child a tub of sand and add a small amount of water. The sand will stick together which makes it easier to make fun sand creations. You may also want to buy some plastic shovels and cups at the store as well.

Why not have each guest make their own Spider-Man Web-Slingers. Just purchase red and blue gloves and cut the fingers out. You will also need yarn cut into strips 12 inches longs. Knot several of the m togeter at one end. Have each guest attach the yard to the inside of the middle finger, by using fabric glue. You can have each guest decorate their web slingers with Spider-Man sticker, buttons and even gems.

To start out the best Spider-Man party ever, you have to get a couple of things. You need card stock paper, red, black, and blue markers, scissors, hole punch, and elastic string.
Today we are making spider-man masks. First you cut out the mask and where eyes and mouth are going to be. Next you color the mask. Then you punch the holes on both sides. Last but not least you tie the elastic string to fit the children’s head.
There is your spider-man mask!!!

If you’re having a Spider-Man 3 party, the first thing you will need are the Spider-Man 3 party supplies. Next, you need activities! You can always make classic games into what you need to fit your theme. Play games like Freeze Tag (Spider Tag), Pin the Tail on the Donkey (Pin the Web on the Spider), or the Cake Walk (Web Walk). Each of these games that you played when you were younger can be transformed to fit your party.
When you decorate for the party make sure you have plenty of red, blue and black - the basic Spider-Man 3 colors. And for a fun activity you can make your own spiders. Let the kids use black gum drops and toothpick to create their own little spiders. Have an adult use a hot glue gun to make your eight-legged friends more permanent!

A Spiderman sleep over with all your friends would be great. Start the party around 7:00 pm. What you need to do it get all three of the movies. Before you watch the first one. have dinner ready for the kids. pizza, hamburgers or hot dogs. Then watch the 1st movie. After the first one open all the presents the kids brought. Then watch the 2nd movie. After that then have cake for everyone and ice cream. Then put on the 3rd movie and see who can stay up to watch it. It will a night full of Spiderman.

Play find the spiders at your SpiderMan Party. When everyone gets there tell them that a bunch of spiders got loose in the party area and you need their help in finding them. Of course, before the party you will have hidden several plastic spiders in all shapes and sizes. The object is to find the most spiders to win the game. Have a special spider with a mark or note on him. Hide that one really good and see who can find him the quickest.

If your little guy loves Spiderman then you could consider having a spiderweb party. It takes a little more preparation, but your guests will LOVE it. Before the party go out and purchase several colors of yarn or string - lots of yarn and string! Have a designated color for each guest. Have one starting point (preferably by the place your guests will enter your house), and tie a know at the end of each string - tape the knot down to floor. Using the same length for each color, run the yarn or string all around the house - the game is more fun if you go wild and wrap it around the lamps and chairs, the table legs and anything you can find. When my friends and I did this some of the strings even went through the upstairs laundry shoot, and a few were wrapped around the shower head.
Have all of your guests meet outside. When they get there give them each their color assignment. Explain to them that Spiderman has already been to the house, and has left them a surprise. Tell everyone that when you open the door the object is to find their color and find the end! They might be a little confused, but once you open the door, they’ll understand. Watch as they run around trying to unravel their yarn the fastest. Have a prize (like a can of silly string)for the first person to complete the task.
