What a great theme for those kids that are past the Musical Chair party age. Party Like A Rock Star says it all. There wouldn’t be a pre-teen anywhere embarrassed about the supplies in the Party Like a Rock Star Party Supplies. You could even have your own “jam” sesson. My son and daughter both own electric guitars and amps. Who needs karaoke when you can play live music.

You must have Karoke at your Party like a Rock Start Party! The kids and parents love this. Be sure and have all kinds of karoke CD’s to pick from such as Pop, Rock and County even some Oldies for the parents. Be sure and have fun and not hurt anyones feelings. You can have prizes for the best, most creative and most fun performances of the night. Be sure and have room for all the guests to dance too! After the karoke session everyone can keep the fun going with dancing and singing some more!

Carry out your Party Like a Rock Star Theme by having a Battle of the Bands. Divide the guests into groups of 3 or 4. Have each group dress up. Spray them and their hair with glitter. Make sure you have a lot of rockin’ spray in hair color too. The girls can put on rock star make-up. Have some Rock Star clothes for them to change into too. Have each group name their band. Then have them make a poster to hang while they are giving their show.

If you have a guitar hero game then this would be a blast to have at your party.
Have a guitar hero tournement. Make a chart kinda like you would at a sports tounrament. Keep it going until you have a champion at the game! After it is all over award the winner with a trophy and goodies.
You should serve hamburgers and soda’s like you would find at a Hard Rock Cafe. You may even want to decorate like the restuarant at your party area.

If you’re having a Party Like A Rock Star party then you have to set the mood. Set up your house, or party area to look like a red carpet event. Purchase red fabric from a craft store and roll it out at the entrance where guests will arrive. Have neighbors and parents line the carpet ahead of time to snap pictures of guests like the paparazzi. Tell guests to dress up like their favorite rock star and yell things out like, “Who are you wearing?” and “We loved the last record - when is the next one coming out?” You can even have a “reporter” standing at the end of the carpet, complete with microphone, asking questions about the artist’s recent concert events. Your guests will love it - and they’ll totally get into the theme of the party before they even reach the door!
