For your Jo Jo circus party, it would be fun to hire a clown for the day! Make sure the clown is good at making the kids laugh by doing funny things but also get one that makes balloon animals. Let each child decide what kind of animal they want and have the clown make them. Also, let each child do a drawing of what they like to see best when they go to circus.

A fun activity to do at your JoJo Circus party is to make a balance beam! Get a board from you hardware store and paint it a bright color. Lay the board on the ground, make sure it is flat against the ground. Have all the kids take turns walking across the balance beam. The kids will want to keep doing this over and over! When they finish give everyone a clown nose to wear for the rest of the party!

Every child loves a circus! That is why Jo Jo is so popular with young children. To decorate for your party make a circus tent in your home! If your ceiling is low enough take a large sheet and pull the center to the top like a tent and then take the edges and tack them lower to give it the circus tent affect. You could even make a tight rope across the top with a rope. Be sure and put all kinds of stuffed animals around to give the final touches to your circus. Finally, play DVD’s or CD’s from Jo Jo’s TV show.

Make sure every guest is in the JoJo’s Circus fun mood. JoJo’s Circus party supplies are sure to bring a smile to all faces small and large. When guest arrive have them each put on a painted clown face. Let them help each other or make sure you have extra adult or teenagers to make this happen.

Circus’s are great and what a cool party idea. Have a face painting booth (get a teenager to help you with that) and paint animal faces on each child. You can also have a dress up area where the kids can dress up like clowns. You can provide tickets for the children to “buy” food with or party favors like a carnival. You can even set up games like bean bag toss, water guns that fill up balloons or even a dunking machine!! A circus party theme would be endless on all the fun things you can do and play!

If you’re having a JoJo’s Circus birthday party and you’ve already ordered the party supplies, then all you have left is the cake! You can easily decorate a cake yourself to look just like a clown!
From the store, purchase an easy cake mix. Follow the baking directions on the box and bake the cake in a circular pan. When it has cooled ice the outside of the cake with white frosting. Use black jelly beans for eyes, and put colored sprinkles in the shape of a diamond all around the eyes. You can use an actual clown’s nose for the nose - just set it gently in the middle of the cake and take it off before you cut it. Add a line of black frosting as a mouth, and cover the area around the mouth with red hots to create the big red lips that most clowns have. To complete the face add lots of cotton candy for hair. You and your child can make this fun cake together - they’ll love decorating and creating their very own clown.
