Order Hooray for Elmo Party Supplies

We all got to first meet Elmo on Sesame Street, which was one of the first educational television series designed to both teacg and entertain kids. Since it was first broadcast Sesame Street has become one of the longest running shows on television.
\r\n
The great thing about Sesame Street is the popular characters it has introduced us to. Of those characters the best known are still Bird Bird, Cookie Monster and Elmo. But Elmo, of all the characters, has probably transcended the show itself.

I used to love Sesame Street. We watched it with our kids all the time. I was so glad to see that you carry Hooray for Elmo party supplies. We have adopted a little girl and I think a Sesame Street or Elmo themed party will be perfect for her. I love the design on all the merchandise.

Elmo Birthday Party
So you decided to take a stroll down Sesame Street and have an Elmo Birthday Party. Great idea. Below you will find some tips, suggestions and other Elmo Birthday Party ideas to help make this a special event for your child.
Get out your calender and mark off the day that you want to have the birthday party. Around six weeks before that you should start planning. After all you will want to send out Elmo Birthday Party Invitations to every name on your guest list.
When you start to decorate for your Elmo party think Sesame Street and Sesame Street characters. And be very festive. Remember the party supplies we offer celebrate the occasion!
Before the party day arrives go to your local movie store and rent one of the Elmo movies and have show time for all the kids midway through your Elmo Birthday Party.
Depending on the ages of the kids you may want to play easy spelling games. Choose some easy words that are related and ask for volunteers to help spell the words.
Get some small hand puppets, divide the kids into small groups and have them put on puppet shows for each other.
If you are really adventurous you might want to let the kids cook Elmo cookies. Get your favorite sugar cookie recipe and add a little bit of red food coloring to mix in. You might even make 3 or 4 different colors of cookie dough. Let the kids make any shape they’d like and then place them in the oven. After your meal you can either serve the cookies as dessert with your birthday cake or you can send the cookies home with the creators.
The most important thing of all, though, is to have as much fun at your Elmo Birthday party as possible.

Elmo loves to giggle! and he makes everyone around him laugh when he laughs! He is a silly puppet and the children love him. He loves shapes and colors so if you are having a Elmo party for small children (preschool age) then have a bunch of shapes cut out in lots of colorful paper. Then have each child guess the shapes and colors. Follow up by reading an Elmo book. make sure every child gets to guess the shapes and colors!

Have everyone make themeselves into Elmo. Buy inexpensive red ball caps or visors. Cut out white felt circles and small felt circles for Elmo’s eyes. Don’t forget to Elmo’s nose by cutting out an oval out of orange felt. Attach the eyes to the head portion of the cap or visor and the place the nose on the bill. Elmo is so popular with preschool children. Elmo is always happy and full of excitement. Children at birthday parties always want the birthday child to open their present first. Here is a fun game to play to see who gets to go first. Get an old pickle jar and fill it full of cookies. Be sure and count how many cookies you put in the jar and remember that number. Have each child guess how many cookies are in the jar, the child who guesses the closest number without going over wins and their present gets to be opened first.

Having an Elmo party is a great idea. Everyone knows that Elmo loves to giggle, right? And your guests will, too, when you make a giggle train. Have your first guest lay on the floor, then the next person lays down at an angle, with their head on the first person’s stomach, and so forth. In the end you are all laying on the floor, your head is on someone’s stomach, and someone else’s head is on your stomach. With preschoolers it may be a challenge, but you can give it a try. Have the first person say “Ha” really loud. The second person says “Ha Ha” - the third says it three times. Since you guests are young it may be ideal to stick with up to three “Ha’s” for each person. The object is to get through the entire line, where everyone has a turn to say “Ha,” without laughing. It’s impossible. You child and their friends will start giggling long before they make it to the end of the line!
