If you have children between 6 and 13 years old then you most likely know all about High School Musical and how it has taken the whole country by storm.
What started out as a movie has turned into a mini industry that includes a concert tour and tons of licensed products. It’s no wonder so many people are having High School Musical birthday parties.
But how do you make your High School Musical party extra special. Get a High School Musical CD Set to entertain with. Combined with themed party supplies this CD will insure your party is an absolute hit.

High School musical is very popular around my house and a great party idea for any age. You would be a hit if you decorated the house or back yard like a high school with pennants and posters and play the CD’s from both movies! The kids will be singing and dancing. Also, having a High School Musical karaoke contest would be amazing, have kids vote on the best performance and give the movie as a prize.

What girl doesn’t love High School Musical and all the songs and characters. A fun activity would br to write down lines from the movies and guess which character said the famous line. Put all them in a hat and each party goer would pick a line and read it out loud, the first person to guess the actor or actress gets to pick next one. The person who guesses the most correctly gets a HSM tee shirt!

High School Musical is so popular, and would be a really fun birthday party. You can have guests come dressed as their favorite HSM character. You can have karaoke, or a quick 3-on-3 basketball game, or a dance party! You can imitate HSM2 and have a pool party, or better yet, a talent show - let each guest come up and do their best impression of the HSM cast, sing, dance, do a little stand-up comedy!

You don’t have to have birthday coming up to have a High School Musical party! My daughter was invited to a party when the 2nd movie came on Disney. The girls got in their PJ’s and ate pizza until the show came on. When the movie started all the girls SCREAMED really loud, one of them even pretended to faint! We got some great pictures. With HSM 3 coming out this summer you could do the same thing. Have a party and then watch the 1st two movied before you go. Then (be sure and get tickets early!) load up the cars and go see HSM3. It is going to be a huge hit and it will only be in theaters!

A great way to start your High School Musical party is to make a game using the songs from the movie. Put on the High School Musical CD and just play a few notes from a song, whoever guesses it the fastest wins that round. If no one guesses play a little more of the song until someone knows it.
Keep going until you have done all the songs from both musicals,. Award the the person who gets most of the songs correct.
Prizes could be the DVD or CD’s from the musical or if age appropriate you can give the HSM dolls as prizes.

Have your next birthday with Troy, Gabriella, Sharpay, Ryan, Chad and Taylor. Order the High School Musical Party Supplies and they will all be there.
If you remember in High School Musical Mrs. Darbus takes up Troy and Gabriella’s cell phones. So why not play Search for the Cells Phones. Purchase several lip gloss or candy filled toy cell phones. With movie hints being clues, have the guest find the hidden cells phones. Have the guests work as teams to answer the questions to the clues.

Make your very own High School Muscial Music Video!
Divide the kids into 2 or 3 groups depending on how many are at the party. I would suggest 3 - 5 kids per group. Next, have each group pick a song from High School Musical, every group should have a different song. Before the party ask several parents to bring a video camera if they can.
Next, try and seperate all the groups so they can make up their own dance and moves to the song they picked. I would give them about 20-30 minutes to come up with the Music video. Once they are ready, have parents video the kids. After everyone is finished, settle down in front of the TV with pizza and sodas and turn on the videos so everyone can see what the other groups came up with. They will enjoy this so much and love be creative with their very own style!

Yes, I am guilty. I listen to my daughters High School Musical CD even when she is not even in the car. I find myself singing along with Troy and Gabriella. A mother/daughter High School Musical would be a great way to use these High School Musical Party supplies. It would be a great summer party or even a first of the year school party. It will be a great time to get to know your daughter’s friends and their moms. At the party you could watch the movies or just set and listen to the CD and get to know each other.

“Summertime, it’our Vacation. What time is it? Party time. That’s right, Say it out loud, What time is it? Times of our live. Anticipation. What time is it? Summertime. Schools out. Scream and Shout” Chances are your child was singing that fabulous HSM 2 song when school was just let out for summer. These party supplies will be great for a Summertime Schools Out Celebration. You may want to have a pool party or if you leave close to a Beach, have a Summer Beach Party to celebrate the summer and a “vacation from Education”.

Turn up your High School Musical CD and let the kids listen in the background as the party is going. When it’s time for games have a contest to who was REALLY listening! Have all the kids stand in a line. Tell them which song you’re thinking of, and give them the first couple of words. One by one, let them go down the line and see if they can each give the next word in the song. If someone gets a word wrong they are out. Keep going until you only have two people left - tell them to declare a winner they have to go as fast as they can! Make sure you print out the official lyrics to the songs to have on hand in case you forget!

How well does your party guests know the characters of High School Musical. Before the party write all the characters names on self stick labels. Without the person seeing, put a label on his/her back. They then must go around to everyone and ask yes or no questions to try and figure out who the character is. This is a good game if everyone doesn’t know all the people there, this game brings everyone together and meet new people.

See how well your friends know the tunes to High School Musical. Create a music mix from your High School Musical CD’s. Record only a few minutes of each song and then put it all together.Once you do that, play it for your friends and see if they can name all the songs by just listening to a few musical notes. You can play it over and over until everyone guesses each song.
