You will be so popular with your little fashion model when you purchase the Fashionista party supplies.
Every little girl could agree that being a fashion model would be a really cool job - one they would be willing to give a try! And now they can. Celebrate your daughter’s birthday by turning it into a fashion show. Set up a runway right in the middle of the house. Set up the boundaries of the catwalk with throw pillows and flashlights, all pointing at the “It Girl.” You can take turns describing the latest outfits - which you can find at second hand shops around town. You may even know a few older teenage girls who would be willing to let you borrow some clothes they’ve outgrown so that the girls can dress up just like the girls they admire.
If the weather permits, you might consider having the fashion show outside. You can set up chairs along the runway and drape a few sheets around for the girls to stand behind while they’re waiting their turns.
You can pass out big sunglasses and lip gloss as party favors, or find some inexpensive nailpolish and let the girls paint each others’ nails.
Make sure to take plenty of pictures, just like at a real fashion show. Make sure everyone feelsl equally important, and let each girl know how beautiful they are with their new look - but don’t forget to mention how great they look every other day! Have each girl give her best “model” look, and don’t forget to take a group shot!

Every girl likes to glam it up! and this party would be so fun for any age. Have lots of dress up clothes available complete with dresses, feather boas and high heels. After everyone is all dressed up have them make a fun picture frame to take home. Get the foam ones you can buy at any craft store and get all kinds of sticker, and glitter glue to decorate ther frame. Next take a group picture of all the girls and quickly go download it on your computer and print enough for all the girls to put in thier frame they made. The girls will love this memory of the party to take home.

A great craft project for your fashion party would be to have all the girls make beaded jewelry. You can purchase all kinds of beads at your craft store. You will also want to get string for jewelry making plus the dangle earrings that will you can put the beads on. Be sure and get some sort of clasp to make the necklaces with. My daughter can spend hours making and creating her own jewerly. They can make as much as they want and them model it when everyone is done!

A sleepover is a must with a Fashion party!
First, when all the girls arrive have them play dress up. Be sure and have lots of tubs full of dress up clothes such as high heels, dresses, shawls, hats and big jewelry. Next, have a fashion show, you can be the announcer and as each girl makes her walk you can say her name and describe her style.
The girls will love pretending to be models and you will have fun seeing how creative they can be. After, the fashion show, have everyone get in their PJ’s and play games and eat lots of snacks.

Paper Dolls were very popular when I was young. I remember sitting for hours doing paper dolls and now girls really don’t know what they are! So, why not bring it back from your Fashion party. Get a style magazine, something with lots of clothes, shoes and accessories. Get some card board paper and draw and cut out a doll. Have several of the dolls ready to dress up! For the magazine cut out all the outfits you can find and have them all ready to put on the dolls. Provide two sided tape to attach the outfits. The girls will have fun with this timeless craft! You may have allot of fun too!

Have a fashion makeover at your fashionista party. Have a make up booth, hair booth, clothes booth and an accessory booth. When the girls come in take a before picture and after they have been to each booth take a After picture. For each booth ask an older sister or other teenagers to work them so you can enjoy watching and taking pictures of the great transformations taking place. Before every girl goes home have their before and after pictures ready for them to take home.
