American Chopper Birthday Party
American Chopper is a very popular television series and we want to make sure you have a very popular American Chopper Birthday Party.
Below you will find some tips and suggestions for planning and holding your party. Many of the suggestions are universal to all parties but you will find many activities and more that are specifically designed for American Chopper parties.
Begin to plan your party 5 or 6 weeks before the date of your party. There is lots to do and you want to have plenty of time to get everything done.
Early in the planning stages you should send our American Chopper party invitations. Invitations should be sent 2 to 3 weeks before your party. If you want guests to dress like bikers be sure to write that on the invitations. We also suggest that you request each person invited RSVP.
Set the mood for your party by decorating the room you will be holding the party. We have a great selection of American Chopper party decorations. You can also post photos of the television show cast or just photos of motorcycles of any kind.
Depending on the age of the children you can use some or all of the following activities:
Build a Bike: Before your party get a few motorcycle magazines and cut out a bunch of motorcycle parts. Place all of the cut outs in the middle of a table. Give each guest some Elmer’s Glue and a piece of paper and see who can make the best American Chopper.
If you don’t want to spend the time cutting out motorcycle photos then you can always provide blank white paper and crayons and let the kids draw their best version of a cool American Chopper.
Gather a couple of tricycles and set up a small yet safe race course. Let the kids race against each other in a single elimination format. You can give the ultimate winner a nice prize. We suggest tricycles to keep the race as safe as possible. And of course get the kids to wear safety equipment like helmets and elbow pads.
If you use your imagination there are tons of ideas you can take advantage of to make your American Chopper Birthday Party super special.

American Chopper has become my son’s new favorite tv show. I didn’t think I would be able to find anything for his next party, but after seeing the American Chopper Party Decorations getting ready for the party is going to be a breeze. We are planning to go to our local park and have a “bike” party. I am going to have all the kids bring their own bike. Then let them decorate their bike with the balloons and crete paper that come in the American Chopper Party Decorations. After that we are going to have a bike parade around the park. Heck, I may even get each of them a dew rag and some cool shades to wear. So they too can look like a cool rider.

I heard about a great game to play at your American Chopper party. Get two old tires and have a tire race! Make an obstacle course with plastic cones and have every child roll the tire through the course and you time them with a stopwatch. The child that wins first, second and third with the best time gets a prize. You might even have them race against each other to the finish line.

An American Chopper party would be great for any guy that is a fan of the TLC show. If your son and his friends are creative you can have a custom bike contest - just like the show!
Before the party, gather up lots of different suppiles for the boys to make their own custom “bikes.” Round up enough cardboard for each team to draw and cut out their own version of a motorcycle. Then supply paint and brushes so that they can customize the bike. Once the bikes are done have a prize for each team - most unique, coolest look, nicest paint job, etc.
After the contest, have a relay race set up for the team to do. Set up obstacles around the backyard; at your word have one member of each team race around the obstacle course with their bike and return to the starting line, have him pass his bike to the next member of the team - the race is done as soon as the last person gets back to the starting point with the bike! Make sure you take pictures of the bikes before the race, though, just in case the bike doesn’t quite look the same after the race!

If you have an American Chopper Fan than ordering the American Chopper Party supplies is a must. All American Chopper Fans love the sound of the Chopper. Here is a really game kids of all ages can play, American Chopper Zoom. Have all the guest get in a circle let them know they are going to start up on an American Chopper themselves. Have the birthday child start the engine by saying zoom the person to their right will say zoom this will continue around the circle. Tell them to get the cycle to go faster by tring to get evryone to repat zoom faster and faster. Let the guest know that at any time you can throw the cycle into reverse. All they have to do is stick their arm out and yell “EEEK” when the zoom reaches them. Then the zoom has to then go to the left.

Since the American Chopper party supplies come with plenty of balloons put them to work for you. There are several games you can play with balloons. Why not have a balloon relay. Divide the guests into two equal teams. Also divide the balloons equally into two baskets. Have the teams line up. At the other end of the party area place two chairs. When you say go the first guest in each line must grab a balloon and run to the chair. Once they reach the chair they must sit on and pop the balloon. Once the balloon is popped they must then run back to their next team member in line and tag them. The team who gets through all the balloons first wins.

A great treat to make for American Chopper birthday party is make a tire with an Oreo cookie. First put white icing in the middle of the cookie then place a round piece of candy in the center of the cookie. You can place the cookie tire on a cupcake or decorate a cake with the “tires”.

Creat the look and feel of the American Chopper Set/Shop by mounting poster of the cast, motorcycles. Add lots of matching balloons, steamers, helmets, tires and tools all over the party, don’t forget the table too. Make a centerpiece using a motorcycle helmet and goggles as a weight for a balloon bouquet. Remember to add a toy motorcycle at each place setting.

Still looking for some game ideas? Why not play The Shop is a Mess! Paul Sr. is mad at Paulie again, because the shop is a mess. To Play, scatter pictures, tools, helmets, jackets, gloves, tires, coffe cups, water bottles around the game area. Have the guest race the clock to clean up the mess and place everything in a large box before Paul Sr throws a fit.

If you can’t think of any games that would be specifically geared toward American Chopper, you can always use the classics with a motorcycle twist. You can set tires on the ground and set a designated spot a few feet away - let the kids try to toss a bean bag into the tires. You can play musical tires. Set up tires in a circle and play music - when the music stops everyone has to jump into a tire - the last one to get in, is out.

Why not build your own American Chopper? Cut two basic motorcycle shapes out of an appliance box. Divide the guest into two teams. Team Mikey and Team Paulie. Make sure you have lots of kid safe paint, sponges and brushes, markers, gule, poster board, sissors, stapler, gule and aluminum foil. Give the teams a time limit. Have each team create and name their custom chopper. When the Choppers are done have the adults judge them giving both teams a prize.

Have a American Chopper Relay. Use old tires, cones, chairs and boxes to prepare an obstacle course. Have the guest divide into two teams. Give each team motorcycle gogles, a leather jacket and boots, or any other American Chopper gear you can think of. The first guest on each team has to put on all the gear and run the race. When the guest returns they hand off the gear to the next guest in line. Contiune untill all the guest have run the course.
